Customer challenge: a large hotel chain wanted to offer a modern and interactive way for guests to get information and request services without involving reception staff for every query.

Our solution: GreenCoders developed a multilingual AI concierge system that runs on touchscreen kiosks and supports both text and voice interaction. Guests can inquire about room availability, local attractions, room service, or transportation—simply by asking natural questions like “Can I get a sandwich to room 401?” or “What activities are available nearby?”. AEM Cloud Migration

Our tool intelligently converted each web page to AEM while ensuring all relevant components and templates were accurately mapped. The robot automatically downloaded and transferred all videos, images, and documents to AEM's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Given the complexity of cross-platform migration, achieving perfection is often difficult due to technology differences. However, we successfully migrated 897 web pages and their associated assets with an average accuracy of 73%, saving the client hundreds of hours of manual work.
